1. Services Provided
MOREinfo specializes in creating custom mobile web apps and related services for the promotion and marketing of singular properties for sale, rent, or lease. Each app is tailored to the specific property information provided by the client, including but not limited to:
• Property descriptions
• Photos
• Related documents
2. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
• 1-month plan
• 3-month plan
• 6-month plan
• 12-month plan
Each subscription plan grants access to a mobile web app created for a specific property. The app remains active for the duration of the subscription.
3. Renewals
• Customers will be notified 10 days before the expiration of their subscription plan.
• Renewal or extension of the subscription plan is optional and must be completed before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access to the app.
4. Restrictions
• Each mobile web app is created for a single property. Modifications to adapt the app for a new or different property are not permitted during an active subscription period. Price, photo and description edits and adjustments are allowed for the active mobile web app.
• To create a mobile web app for a new property, a new subscription plan must be purchased.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Content Submission: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete property information, including descriptions, photos, and documents, in a timely manner.
• Intellectual Property: Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights to all submitted materials. By providing these materials, you grant MOREinfo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely for the creation and maintenance of the mobile web app.
6. Termination
• Subscriptions may be terminated by either party with written notice. However, early termination will result in the immediate removal and unavailability of the client’s mobile web app. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued for the subscription plan unless the termination request is made within three (3) days of the subscription payment date.
• MOREinfo reserves the right to terminate a subscription without notice if there is a violation of these terms.
7. Limitations of Liability
• MOREinfo is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the property information provided by the client.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or by posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of The State of New York.
